A little bonding time with Amira 🐾
Using the Canvas Dummy Ball to build some excitement and encourage engagement through play.
I find these useful with young dogs, but they’re equally effective with adult dogs too. The aim isn’t always about getting straight into formal training, it’s simply about creating value in you and making interaction enjoyable.
Amira is a four-month-old Polish import and has only been in the country for a week, so for now our priority is to build a strong relationship, see what makes her tick and assess her character.
From there, we can start to understand how best to develop her and what direction her training should take. Every dog is different, and taking the time to get to know them at the beginning can make a huge difference further down the line. 😊
