I feel really sad that I have to post somthing like this but I actually want to highlight this review.
Unfortunately we have been left a 1 star review by Joan.... I cant find Joan on my online diary and no customers with the first name Joan or surname Williams comes up as a dog that would have a dry cut. I do not dry cut dogs unless the owner has requested this as it can leave the coat uneven it damages my equipment and you end up with not a great groom. So unless a dry cut has been requested I wouldn't waste my time doing it off my own back without the owner knowing. Joan hasn't called, or messaged on any platform letting me know she was unhappy and im not exactly un approaching had she mentioned it at the time of collection I would of rectified any issues and certainly wouldn't of charged full price knowing this. And to add i have only been in the salon 6 days in the last 8 weeks and all them dogs are regulars so if this groom did take place it was over 2 months ago, i feel thats a long time to wait before saying you have an issue. If Joan would like to get in touch with her dogs name/breed and the date of the groom i will be happy to discuss this. But across my social media and online diary I have no trace . I work extremely hard for all my clients and do nothing but try and provide the best service that I can seeing a review like this is really disheartening. If any of my customers would like to leave a 5star review on Google that would be greatly appreciated.
