As many of you know, I am an Advanced Practitioner in veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.. and I still practice ECC a couple of nights a week.

Recently I successfully treated a patient using a platelet transfusion from the pet blood bank and I have been regularly performing canine red blood cell transfusions for over 20 years!

The PBB offer an outstanding service, making these dramatic situations easy to navigate.

Please consider dog blood donation… we are fortunate in this country to have this not-for-profit service, but it needs volunteers x
