I am a 29 year old dog-obsessed woman living in Derbyshire with my two dogs, Charlie and Poppy. I am currently studying various courses and workshops through Canine Principles, and I am a Professional Member of the Pet Professional Network. I aim to teach dogs life skills using positive training methods- no nasty equipment or punishments here!

Something I wish I'd realised last night...

I came down this morning to find Hazel's skin broken out and one of her ears inflamed. She's feeling very sorry for herself and the only thing different I can think she came into contact with yesterday was the sheet.

It's brand new, and I didn't wash it first, so whatever is on there has likely caused her skin to be sore today 😔

If you have a dog with sensitive skin, make sure you wash new blankets etc before use in whatever detergent they're OK with!

I now feel very guilty and have a very sad Hazel 😥

I want to apologise to my clients. Over the last couple of months I've been struggling with my health and it has impacted my work.

The last thing I ever want to do is let people down, especially those who support me the most.

I hope that I can get things under control and get back to 'normal' as soon as possible, and again I can only apologise for any Inconvenience I've caused people. 🐶
