Hi all👋🐶 I only have a handful of appointments left in March and April is already starting to book up🙈 to ensure you get the appointment dates you need please try book in advance as early as possible. I’m currently sorting through all appointments and I should be caught up with all messages! Hi everyone☺️ sorry I’ve been quiet on the photo front since Christmas I’ve been so busy with your pups and messages I’ve struggled to keep up taking photos and posting! Because of this I’ve made the difficult decision for the time being to stop taking on new customers, it’s something I’ve avoided doing for a while now but I am getting to the point of struggling to get everyone booked in. I will create a waiting list though so if I’m able to take on new pups in the future I can work down that!

Luckily I don’t get many cancellations or missed appointment anymore but just a reminder that any appointment cancelled within 24hours of the appointment is charged at 50% of appointment fee and anything cancelled the same day or no show will be charged at 75% of the appointment fee. This is due to it being difficult to fill a slot at such short notice. There is also a £20 fee if fleas are found on a dog to cover the cost of treating the salon🐶

Thank you all so much for your continued support and keeping me so busy with your pups🥰🐶 I will catch up with all messages over the weekend and thank you for your patience in reply times!
