🐱💙 Why neutering matters
Neutering is an important part of your cat’s healthcare and responsible pet ownership.

✨ It can help to:

Prevent unwanted pregnancies and reduce the number of unwanted kittens
Reduce the risk of certain reproductive diseases
Reduce mating-related behaviours such as roaming and spraying
Support your cat’s long-term health and wellbeing
Every cat is different, so speak to your vet about the most appropriate time to neuter your kitten. 🩺🐾
A small procedure can make a big difference to your cat’s future. 💕

🐱 Did you know? Cats are experts at hiding illness.
Unlike dogs, cats may show very subtle signs when something isn’t quite right. Changes in appetite, drinking, litter tray habits, grooming, weight, behaviour, or energy levels can all be important clues.

✨ Keep an eye out for:

Eating or drinking more or less than usual
Changes in urination or toileting
Hiding more than normal
Weight loss or gain
Changes in grooming or coat condition
Vomiting or diarrhoea
Reduced activity or playfulness
Regular veterinary check-ups can help detect problems early — even when your cat seems perfectly well. 🩺🐾
If you notice a change in your cat’s normal routine, don’t ignore it. When in doubt, speak to your vet. 💕

🦷🐾 Healthy Teeth = A Happier Pet! 🐾🦷
Did you know that dental health is an important part of your pet’s overall wellbeing?

Plaque and tartar can build up on the teeth, leading to bad breath, sore gums, tooth damage and dental disease. Our pets can be very good at hiding discomfort, so regular dental checks are really important. 🐶🐱

🪥 Why is professional dental cleaning important?
✨ Removes plaque and tartar that brushing alone may not remove
✨ Helps keep gums healthy
✨ Allows us to identify painful or damaged teeth
✨ Helps prevent dental disease from progressing
✨ Keeps those smiles fresh and healthy!

At your pet’s dental procedure, our veterinary team can thoroughly examine the mouth and clean the teeth, helping us spot problems that may otherwise go unnoticed.

💡 Top tip: Dental care starts at home too! Regular tooth brushing with pet-safe toothpaste can help maintain good oral hygiene between veterinary checks.

If you’re worried about your pet’s teeth, speak to our team today — we’re here to help keep those tails wagging and whiskers twitching! 🐾💕

🐾💗 Sometimes, all they need is a little cuddle… 💗🐾
A little TLC from one of our nurses can make all the difference. 🥰

Because veterinary care isn’t just about medicine — it’s about kindness, patience and plenty of cuddles too! 💕

🐾 C-Section Kitten Update! 🐾
Look who’s growing up so fast! 💕🐱

This little fighter came into the world following an emergency C-section, and we’re delighted to share that they are doing brilliantly!

✨ Growing stronger every day
🍼 Feeding well
🐾 Full of energy
💗 Getting bigger by the day!

It’s incredible to see how much this tiny kitten has changed already. From a fragile newborn needing extra care to a thriving little bundle of personality — what a journey! 🥰

We’ll be keeping a close eye on this little one as they continue to grow, but for now, we’re absolutely thrilled with their progress.

Keep growing, little one! 🐱💕✨

Meet Scott 💚

🐾 Why Castration Matters 🐾
Castration isn’t just about preventing unwanted litters — it can be an important part of responsible pet ownership and your dog’s long-term health.

🩺 Potential health benefits

Eliminates the risk of testicular cancer.
Can reduce the risk of some prostate problems.
May reduce hormone-driven behaviours such as roaming, urine marking and mounting.

⚖️ But one size doesn’t fit all
The right timing depends on your dog’s breed, size, age, health, lifestyle and individual circumstances. Early neutering is not automatically the best option for every dog.

👩‍⚕️ Our advice: Have an individual conversation with your vet so you can weigh up the potential benefits and risks for your dog.

Because responsible veterinary care means making the right decision for the individual patient. ❤️🐾
