This chap and I have made huge progress when I think of our first meetings at the beginning of the year. Him hiding on a chair under the table and me with a dodgy back trying to gradually gain his trust through fusses, play and catnip! Now he happily greets me with a head bump and has no issue being picked up and plonked on the worktop for his insulin injections 😻………………………………………….

New customer 😻. This chappy was rated a 6 out of 10 for confidence with strangers but luckily I think he remembered me from our consultation and seemed very happy receiving chin and head scrubs from me before a bit of playtime. ………………………………………….
