We often take bookings where families warn us their cat is very shy and we probably won’t see them during our visits. 🐾

This was the case with Amy and her brother Jack. We were led to believe Amy would be keeping herself hidden, and of course, we’re always happy to work at our charges’ own pace.

But Amy had other ideas! 😹 There she was, proudly parading herself on the kitchen island for Butler Claire, proving that sometimes our shy kitties have a surprise or two up their paws! ❤️🐈

And just when we thought Ruby couldn’t get any more confident… 😻

Look at her now! Our once-shy girl is happily soaking up all the attention from her Butler, Alison — even standing up on her back legs to make sure she gets every single stroke! 🥰🐾

She absolutely loves her fuss, and moments like this make us so happy to see just how comfortable and trusting she has become.
