It’s that time of year again, . 🧨

Fireworks are extremely stressful for rabbits, so please take care to ease their stress as much as possible.

🎆 Bring outdoor rabbits inside into an unheated room.

🎆 If not possible, cover enclosures with blankets or duvets.

🎆 For indoor rabbits, soundproof your home by closing windows and doors and leave a radio or TV on to mask the noise.

🎆 Ensure your buns have plenty of hiding places where they can feel safe.

🎆 Lastly, having a rabbit companion will help keep rabbits calm - another reason why you should always have more than one bun.

Tomorrow we are sadly saying goodbye to our fabulous receptionist, Gabby, after spending many years working here at Drayton. Gabby has become a very familiar face around the practice with so many of our clients and she is a valued member of our team. We can all agree that the practice will just not be the same without her. So we would like to say the biggest THANK YOU to Gabby for her hard work, compassion, empathy and overall craziness she has given during her time here. We are all going to really miss her but would like to congratulate her advancement in her career, and good luck in her future!
