🐾🧡 ONE WHOLE YEAR OF THE DOG NOOK! 🧡🐾

Today officially marks ONE YEAR since The Dog Nook at Cranbrook opened its doors… and what a first year it has been! 🧡

When I started my little business a year ago, I genuinely had no idea what to expect. I certainly never anticipated just how successful it would become, how many wonderful dogs (and humans!) I’d get to know, or how much love, support, recommendations and amazing reviews I would receive along the way. 🐶🧡

And somehow, I get to celebrate our first birthday just days after finding out that I’ve WON...

🏆 DOG BOARDER OF THE YEAR - SOUTH WEST REGION 2026! 🏆

Honestly… ONE YEAR?! 🥹 To have achieved something like this before The Dog Nook has even celebrated its first birthday feels incredibly special.

I’m so, so grateful to every single person who has trusted me with their precious pooches, recommended The Dog Nook to friends and family, left lovely reviews, shared my posts and supported my little business over this past year. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you.

What started as a little idea has turned into something I’m unbelievably proud of, and I feel truly blessed to get to spend my days doing something I love, surrounded by the best four-legged colleagues imaginable. 🐾😂

Happy 1st Birthday, The Dog Nook at Cranbrook! 🎂🐶🧡🐾

Another amazing delivery from 🐾❤️

The girls were VERY excited to stock up on their favourite raw flavours this time:
🐾 Tripe & Heart
🐾 Oily Fish
🐾 Turkey & Apple

Plus some seriously tasty Beefy Buffalo with Carrots & Potato Broth Bites from 🦴

These treats are:
✔️ all natural
✔️ grain free
✔️ no junk or fillers
✔️ and officially approved by every dog here at The Dog Nook at Cranbrook 😂🐶

One of the many reasons we LOVE is how thoughtful they are - they always remember Pippa’s chicken allergy and make sure any treats they supply us are completely chicken free 💛

They also offer free delivery (even all the way to Poole!), which makes life so much easier.

As a small business owner myself, there’s honestly nothing better than supporting another amazing local small business 🐾

AD | 🐶🎨 “Draw me like one of your French girls…” 🇫🇷😂

Except this time… it’s a dog. 🙌🏻

I’ve teamed up with the lovely Kat & Amy at to offer all my lovely local followers 5% OFF their live dog drawing events using code PIPPA5 🐾

Think life drawing… but instead of a naked human awkwardly holding a pose for 45 minutes…

…it’s an adorable dog model being iconic ✨ - and you never know, you may just be drawing our girl, Pippa!

No experience needed - just come along, have a laugh, and attempt to capture the majestic beauty of a dog who probably has no idea they’re art.

Upcoming events:

📍TOSH Space Bournemouth - Wednesday 20th May
📍The Thirsty Bird Wimborne - Tuesday 2nd June

Perfect for dog lovers, creative souls, or anyone who’s ever said “I could definitely draw that” while looking at a dog 😅

Book your spot or find out more at
dogdrawingroom.com

Use code PIPPA5 for 5% off 🐾

🎾🐾 Happy National Fetch Day! 🐾🎾

Today we’re celebrating the incredible human-dog bond and one of the best ways to keep both dogs (and humans 😂) active, happy, and healthy… FETCH! 💛

Whether it’s a sprint across the field, a soggy tennis ball rescue mission, or your dog proudly refusing to bring the toy back, fetch is all about fun, exercise, and spending quality time together 🐶✨

What’s your dog’s favourite fetch toy? 👀

🎾 Alma’s favourite is her Chuckit ball
🤦🏼‍♀️ Posie’s favourite is… Alma’s Chuckit ball (because obviously anything her sister has is instantly better 🤣) and Pippa’s favourite is her beloved bear 🐻💕

Drop your dog’s favourite fetch toy in the comments ⬇️

Golden hour, tangled leads, and memories we’ll treasure forever 🐾☀️

We recently had the pleasure of a personal photoshoot with Philip J Long Photography & Visual Creations 📸 with our three girls - Pippa, Posie & Alma - at beautiful and the whole experience was honestly incredible.

From the moment we met Phil he was warm, friendly and instantly put both us and the dogs at ease. Nothing felt rushed, and his calm, patient approach made such a difference - especially with three excited dogs to manage! 🐶🐶🐶

What meant the most to us was how amazing Phil was with Alma, our rescue girl, who can be quite nervous around men. By the end of the session she was confidently running up to him, which says everything about the energy and kindness he brings ❤️

And the photos… absolutely stunning. The quality, the moments he captured, the emotion in every shot - we’re beyond grateful. Even more impressive, we received our gallery in less than a week! ✨

To all our dog daycare clients, fellow dog lovers and followers - if you’ve ever thought about getting professional photos with your dogs, we genuinely couldn’t recommend Phil more highly. These memories are priceless 🐾
Thank you again Phil - we’ll treasure these forever 🤍
