It's about a 10 minutes drive to the ferry terminal. We are working on providing EHCs as well. Please note we do not provide rabies vaccinations or clinical services like operations and medications.

That not only Click and Collect AHCs are available from Creekmoor but that THV also does:

🏡 House visits - up to 10 miles from BH17 incurring a flat rate £2 per mile house visit fee to cover all charges (fuel/my time being away from the Click and Collect side etc.)

🚨URGENT AHCs: within 48 hours between you contacting me and needing an AHC. £200 for the AHC and first pet. Please note this is very much on a case by case basis because the rabies vaccination evidence (such as a clinical history sent to me by your vet / a valid rabies vaccine in an EU pet passport) must be available an valid.

📆 And of course... routine AHCs and TLC.

I am offering this until the 11th of June and then every month or so (watch this space for availability) due to moving countries myself.

🐾 We're back - for a little while!

Some of you have been patiently waiting and I've missed you and your pets! The Holiday Vet is open for limited availability throughout May and if the demand is there, I'll be extending into June and possibly longer.

I'm currently navigating a big life change (we're in the middle of an international move!), so appointment slots are genuinely limited and going fast.

I supply Animal Health Certificates (AHCs) for pets travelling abroad. Prepared from home, with click & collect available in Poole. EHCs on demand.

If you've been putting off sorting your pet's travel paperwork, now is the time.

May dates available:

15th - THIS FRIDAY - only few remaining slots - get in touch by 5 pm TODAY *** please note everything needs to be in order; valid rabies vaccination/microchip reading/supporting paperwork/clinical history sent directly to my email by a UK vet who's done the rabies vaccination (but please get in touch for instructions).

Yay. This made my day. I love helping clients and their beloved pets cross borders and I'm always happy to hear that everything went well. 👌🥰

I also work in clinical practice. With things like operations it's usually very quick and easy to tell whether everything went according to plan.

With AHCs it's much slower. It can take up to 4 months to hear back. I always think: no news is good news.

Anyone who's had an AHC from knows they can get in touch with me any time with questions or concerns. Obviously, I trust folks not to wake me up at 3 am with genuinely silly questions. 🤣
