Signs You Might Need a Dog Trainer…

Walkies means you get dragged down the street.

Someone knocks on the door and your dog turns into a bouncer.

Your dog knows exactly what “sit” means… but has decided it’s more of a suggestion.

You can’t have visitors without first warning them:
“Just ignore him, he’ll calm down eventually…”
He does not calm down eventually.

They’ve mastered selective hearing.
“Come!”
Pretends they’ve never heard the English language before.

They’re lovely at home… then completely forget how to behave the second you leave the front door.

You’ve said “he’s never done that before” more times than you’d like to admit.

Training isn’t just for “naughty dogs”. It’s about helping you and your dog understand each other, build confidence and actually enjoy your walks together.

Because let’s be honest, you got a dog for companionship, not to be out on a Sunday morning getting dragged through Pontefract by a furry little tank.

I’m back home from my lil op ✂️😂 feet up and behaving missen for a few days before I’m back at it next week!

Buddy joined us a few months back doing a mixture of Walk n Trains and 1 to 1s and he’s coming on lovely.

No fancy tricks. No need to be perfect. Just becoming a calm, neutral, well behaved dog that can go out, enjoy life and be part of the family.

Exactly what a cracking pet dog should be ❤️

We know weekdays can be a nightmare. Work, kids, school runs, life, then suddenly it’s 8pm and the dog still hasn’t had the attention they need 😂

Saturday gives you the chance to actually join in, learn and train your dog yourself without having to squeeze it around work.
