Veterinary advise is that your dog is vaccinated and these are kept up to date. It must be understood and agreed that dogs are accepted at the owners risk. The welfare of your dog is our first priority. Any quote given before the groom is an estimate and you dog groom may be more expensive dependant on coat condition and temperament/difficulty to groom. We will not accept sedated dogs. It is safer

for the dog and our staff if they are groomed at the vets. We reserve the right to refuse an aggressive or highly anxious dog that is a risk to itself or our staff.
