This is exciting for me! Letty has been taking meals now for a while! But this is Harri’s first ever meal! I’m so happy it’s beyond belief! 😅🤩

Named by my amazing friends from my Fibromyalgia group, as these guys were laid on the first day of group and hatched on the last day. It seemed only fitting that my new friends named them, and even more fitting that they named them after themselves!

Here they are! Juno’s babies and my only surviving eggs this season. I’m honestly just glad to have come out of this with two baby snakes and not zero! I’ve learned a lot, I’m going to do things a little differently next time around, but I feel like I know what I’m doing so much more now with this hands-on experience!

Interestingly the day these were laid was the first day of my body reprogramming course, and today was my very last day and that’s when they completely emerged from their little eggs. Full circle moments all round!

They’re looking like sisters to me, so gonna be needing some duo names for these until they are ready to go to their new homes!

I will never as long as I live get bored of seeing baby snakes hatch! 🥺🥰

I am a VERY proud pimp!

Thought I’d just quickly check the two remaining eggs before bed and found this little face looking back at me!

Not sure I’ll sleep now for the excitement 😆🥰😍

As many of you know, this is my first breeding season… and wow, it’s been a ride.

Juno gave me 8 beautiful eggs to start with. Sadly, 2 went bad very quickly, and while I was away over Easter, I lost 3 more. Io’s clutch didn’t make it at all. Safe to say, it’s been pretty disheartening at times.

When you lose eggs—especially in your first season—it’s so easy to spiral. You start questioning everything… wondering if you’ve done something wrong… worrying the rest won’t make it either.

But yesterday changed everything.

On my weekly check, I candled the remaining eggs (all looking great, by the way)… and I saw movement. Tiny little wiggles inside the egg. Life. 🥹

That one moment completely shifted how I’m feeling. The doubt? Gone. Replaced with pure excitement and hope.

We’re now 34 days into incubation—just over halfway—and I’m rooting so hard for these little ones.

Pairing: het Lucy, 66% het albino × same.

I’ve had a hell of a day!

Spent most of it at a body reprogramming group course for my fibromyalgia. It was the first day and all the awkward “I’m Nicole, I have a lot of snakes” introductions— people seemed to think this was very cool btw- the spiders did NOT get the same positive reaction 🫣

Despite having a podcast, public speaking will never come naturally to me.

Came home and noticed Juno’s RUB was a hell of a mess, so I had a peek and look what was in the lay box!!!!

12 total, 4 slugs, 4 which are questionable, and 4 corkers!

Well done Juno, you get a treat later my clever mumma!

Io is around a week behind Juno, and I’m waiting for her pre-lay shed currently.

How blinkin’ exciting!! 🐍🥚💚

**Edit**
Due to a c*ck-up on my part, I think this may have actually been an ovulation shed! WHOOPS! The brain fog was strong with this one.

Still waiting on that shed, but due any time now! Look how chunky Juno is! 😍🥰 got some great spreadage going on there, Miss Lady!
