Good afternoon to all my lovely clients,
I apologise for the generic message sent, but please understand this is incredibly hard for me to type.
I am in the unfortunate position (like many small local businesses) whereby rising operational costs, overheads and personal circumstances have deemed my business no longer physically or financially viable.
I absolutely hate the thought of letting you all down, but I have been put into a position where I am also unable to honour pre-booked appointments as the closure needs to be applied with immediate affect.
Please, please reach out to the girls in the salon I work from, to see if there is any spaces available with them in their diaries. Both stephs are wonderful people and will do all they can to accommodate you all.

I would like to take this time to truly thank every single one of you, I feel incredibly blessed for all of the dogs I've been lucky enough to look after and love as if they were my own and for all of you who have trusted me with your babies and who have been loyal, understanding and unwavering in your support of me.
Even though I am being forced to close, I still feel incredibly lucky and incredibly grateful to have been in your lives for so long. I am hoping this is see you later rather than goodbye, but I wish nothing but the best for you all and I hope you can forgive the fact I have to take such a quick exit and know that I wouldn't be doing this by choice.
