Move over Yummy Beef, you’ve just had a major refresh!!

We absolutely LOVE our Yummy Beef flavour but it also contains chicken bone and pig liver. So we’ve gone back to the drawing board and created this Single Protein Beef.

Slightly lower in fat, higher in protein, and all Beef. But don’t worry, our Yummy Beef will stick around for a few more weeks whilst you transition over.

The life of a small business owner….

DPD Peterborough fail to collect all the boxes on a Monday.

We re send Tuesday. Same labels as advised.

DPD deliver the parcels the next day (Wednesday). But leave safe as the customer isn’t there.

A DPD driver (a different one? The same? I don’t know) then decides he doesn’t want to leave the parcels anymore, so takes them back to the depot.

Someone at the depot doesn’t look at the scan and just looks at the date and decides the parcel is now unfit to send and is destroyed.

A £600 order that we resend immediately… our stock, our time, and apparently our loss!

We put through a claim only for it to be rejected because of service delays?

Not one happy bunny tonight 😡

Okay, so now I've actually had five minutes to take it all in...

I am still in complete shock, this is honestly a huge achievement and I am so, so proud of my fabulous team PLUS all the people behind the scenes who makes Betsy's what it is.

The fact that we have been reviewed by a panel of independent judges who decided we should be a finalist, is just incredible. We are up for Manufacturer of the Year and we are in such fantastic company. A huge congratulations to the other finalists and the absolute best of luck on the night.

Thank you. Thank you to our independent stores. Our loyal customers. Our fantastic suppliers. Everyone. This means the world to us and we're so excited for what's to come!

Myself and the Team will absolutely be there... It'll be nice to scrub up for a change 🤣
