TIMING IS EVERYTHING ⏰
Please remember, you must NOT arrive early to your slot - we have buffer periods between sessions for a reason, in particularly, nervous and reactive dogs using the facility.
There is no parking for waiting, so if you do find yourself early, there is the local Morton Stanley Park with car parking on Green lane just a couple of minutes a way. DO NOT wait on the driveway, as this can not only trigger nervous and reactive dogs, but is also unfair to the human guests using the field.
Even if the field is empty, you must still not enter until your slot begins. We often need to access in between, or have our own dogs out.
When using the field, make sure you latch the chain to keep it secure for you and your dogs ➡️ see photo.
50-minute sessions include loading/unloading time… no extensions and no session crossover! You must vacate by the end of your session time. If there is a problem which means you are delayed, you must contact us immediately
