Wee Lil was a very special gecko 🦎 who was a huge part of her family for over 10 years. We personalised a keepsake heart bottle with her name and gecko picture🦎 for her precious ashes .
Although little, she was loved enormously and her family miss her very much. Thank you for choosing us again to give your precious companion the dignity she deserved

Thank you very much to beautiful Charli’s kind review of our private individual service.
Charli was a gorgeous girl who had an amazing family where she was treated like a princess. This family’s love and adoration of beloved Charli and beloved Oreo gave them a very happy life and now they run free together again.

We are never ready to say goodbye to their unconditional pure love...
the love that supported us during difficult times, through ill-health, during family break-ups and losses.

No pretence, no words necessary, no explanations, no discussions .... just pure unconditional love.

Losing them is heart-wrenching because we lose a part of us when we lose them, so let yourself cry, be sad, take time to grieve, share your feelings and seek medical help when needed because your loss is real.
They were NEVER just an animal. As one family member described their beloved cat to us today - he was "their constant" which was the perefct way to describe how important he was in their family.

Have you wondered what is the difference between our individual cremation service established in 2021 and the cremation service offered by your vet's practice/vet hospital?

If so, here are some questions you may wish to ask your vet practice when choosing the right individual cremation service for your precious family member (and our answers for you to compare) ...

1. When will my pet be collected?
(we usually collect your pet the same working day or next day at the latest - many vet practices collections are up to a week)

2. Where will my pet be sent to?
(we are in Paisley, that's where your pet will rest peacefully and be carefully cremated - many vets send pets much further away. When a vet group owns a pet crematorium, pets may be taken to their corporate-linked facility far away because it is their only crematorium in Scotland)

3. How will my pet be collected?
(we ONLY ever collect one pet at a time from your vet or from your home - many crematoriums collect many pets on a large van run covering a number of crematoriums in the same day and sometimes with clinical waste)

4. How will my pet be stored?
(Every pet in our care rests in a pet bed with a cosy blanket, not in a bag, not in a box and not in a freezer- vet contracted crematoriums collect, usually frozen pets, in plastic bags)

5. When will I receive my pet's ashes?
(We aim to cremate your pet within 1-2 working days where possible and your pet's ashes will be ready to come home the same day as their cremation. We will always advise you when you call us when your pet's individual cremation will take place - many vet's contracted crematoriums can take 7-14 days for ashes to be returned on their next van run)

6. Is the pet crematorium independent or part of a chain?
(We are a family run independent pet crematorium established in 2021- some of the vet practices and crematoria are owned by the SAME corporate group, although it is not always easy to see the corporate connection due to different branding. Mostly the crematorium owned by a corporate chain will service all their vet branches thoughout the whole of Scotland therefore large van runs are necessary)

6. How much will my pet's cremation cost?
(All our cremation fees and urn prices are on our website for transparency - many vet practices and hospitals do not advertise cremation fees so it can be difficult to compare online but they should be able to advise you of their fees if you call them)
