Today is a really exciting day for me.
After a lot of thought (and a lot of soul-searching!), I'm finally ready to introduce the next chapter...

The Canine Care Collective.
This isn't just a new name.
It's the home of everything I do.
Rather than having separate businesses and different brands, I'm bringing everything together under one umbrella. It just feels simpler, more authentic and much more me.
For those of you who have followed me through my ultrasonic teeth cleaning journey, don't worry...

🦷 You'll still receive all the canine oral health education, tips and business support you've always come to me for.
The only difference is that my emails and resources will now come from The Canine Care Collective instead of The Queen of Clean Canine Smiles.

It's still me.
Still Hayley.
Still passionate about helping pet professionals improve canine oral health and build profitable, welfare-led dental services.
I'm genuinely so excited about this next chapter and I can't wait to share everything I've got planned over the coming months.

It's time for a new chapter... 🤍

After a lot of thought, I've made a decision that feels completely right for me.

As of today, The Queen of Clean Canine Smiles will no longer be a product-based business, which means I won't be taking any new product orders.
The truth is, I've realised that while I absolutely love canine oral health, I've never really loved selling products.

What I do love is educating, creating resources and helping pet professionals and dog owners improve the health and welfare of the dogs they care for.

So this isn't goodbye...
It's simply the beginning of something new.
Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing what that looks like, and I honestly can't wait to take you with me on this next chapter.
Thank you for all of your support over the years. It really has meant the world. 🤍

I've realised something over the last few months...
I was trying so hard to build the business I thought I should have, that I'd completely forgotten to build the business I actually wanted.
So I asked myself one simple question...
What part of my business do I genuinely love?
The answer wasn't selling products.
It wasn't packing orders.
It wasn't marketing.
It was creating.
I love teaching, writing and creating resources that help improve the health and welfare of dogs.
So that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Over the next few weeks, you'll start to see my business evolving into something that feels much more me.
Because life is far too short to build a business you don't enjoy. 🤍

A little update from me... 🤍

Over the next few weeks, you'll notice a few changes around here.
As my business has evolved, so have I.
I've realised that what I love most isn't selling products or trying to keep up with lots of different social media pages. What I really love is helping people, sharing my knowledge and creating educational resources that improve the health and welfare of dogs.
Because of that, I'm simplifying everything.
Rather than trying to keep multiple pages active, I'll be sharing all of my updates, thoughts, educational content and behind-the-scenes over on my personal Facebook profile.
So, if you'd like to continue following my journey as I move into the next chapter of my business, I'd love to have you there.

HOLIDAY UPDATE ☀️

Just a little update to let everyone know that I’m now officially on holiday 🤍

There will be no Emmi-Pet orders processed between now and when I return. I’ll be back to processing and posting orders around the 29th–30th May.

You’re still welcome to place orders through the website while I’m away, but please just be aware that nothing will be dispatched until I’m back home and working again.

I also just wanted to pop a gentle reminder on here that all orders do need to be paid for when they’re placed. If I need to order additional stock in specially, payment must be received before I place that stock order with Emmi-Pet.

As a small business, I unfortunately can’t afford to order products in out of my own pocket and risk being left out of pocket if orders are cancelled or unpaid.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and continued support of my little business. It genuinely means a lot 🤍

HOLIDAY & ORDER UPDATE ✨

Just a little heads up regarding Emmi-Pet orders over the next couple of weeks.

The LAST DAY for orders before I go on holiday is Sunday 17th May. Any orders received and paid for before the evening of the 17th will be posted out by Tuesday 19th May.

I go away on Wednesday 20th May, so any orders placed after Sunday 17th May will then be posted once I return on Thursday 28th May.

Please also remember that all orders do need to be paid for before I place any stock orders with Emmi-Pet. If I happen to be out of stock of an item, I won’t be ordering it in unless payment has been received first.

As always, thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and support of my small business. I’m just one person juggling salon life, family life, and the Emmi-Pet side of things, so planning ahead really helps me keep everything running smoothly.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a little update with you 🤍

Over the past few months, I’ve been creating my canine oral hygiene training, and the original business in a box idea is still something I genuinely believe is a brilliant concept.

But if I’m being honest, the way I was planning to deliver it, with structure, expectations, and needing to always be available, has been feeling quite overwhelming.

So I’ve taken a step back and really thought about how I want my business and life to feel moving forward.
I’m not stepping away from it, but I am changing how I do things.
Instead of a traditional course launch, I’ll be building and releasing my training more slowly, as a library of resources, sharing things as they’re ready, without pressure or deadlines.

I’ll also be simplifying my product range.

There’s a new toothbrush I’m hoping to be able to offer soon (once I can get hold of it), and I’ll be restructuring everything so you can choose what you need, whether that’s the starter kit, business bundles, or training, rather than one full package.

And I just want to say this part clearly…

This isn’t me failing, and it isn’t me giving up.
This is me making decisions that allow me to be more present for my family, and for the support my daughter needs with her education and Autism diagnosis right now.

I’ve worked hard to get my grooming business into a place where I can create that space, and at the moment, the way I was building this side of things was adding pressure rather than taking it away.

So I’m choosing to do it differently.
