Helig headed over to Barkers of Shrewsbury this morning. It is a lovely, friendly club and competition. Definitely recommended for anyone starting out. He came 2nd in the Steeplechase chase and was able to practice his start line waits and release to a toy.

: The Government are consulting on fireworks and pyrotechnics due to growing concerns for animals and vulnerable people 🐕🐈🎆.

Anyone with a four-legged friend will know the distress that fireworks cause, but did you know they can also expose wild animals and livestock to immense stress, which in extreme cases can prove fatal?

Right now, you have the opportunity to speak up for animals and share your thoughts on fireworks/pyrotechnics - but the consultation is only open for two more weeks!

Massive well-done to Emma and Reggie yesterday. Their first show and they got two clear rounds in the Steeplechase event at Dig It Dogs.

Fantastic 🎉👏🏽🎉👏🏽

So pleased with Helig today. He got 2x 2nd places at Vision Agility. He is becoming much happier in a show environment and making great progress, we are starting to feel like a team. It's getting easier to get him on to the start line and his "downs" at the end of his runs worked a treat to stop him running around at the end.

I think if Helig wrote this post he would say my human made two silly mistakes today otherwise we could have won 🤭🙄🤣

Well-done Helig (aka Helly Loves Teen Spirit). He got his first rosette yesterday at Dig It Dogs coming 3rd in the Steeplechase. It was a great little show for dogs just starting out on their agility journey, especially for Helig who appreciates a quieter environment.

Thank you to everyone from Woof n Ready Agility for helping out at the Team Poundie fun dog show at the weekend. He's a little video of JD running in the Scurry. He might not have won but he gave it a good go!!
