These gentle massages are the start of Arlo’s recovery journey, helping him feel safe, comforted and supported every step of the way. Our brave boy has a long road ahead, but moments like this remind us that healing begins with love, patience and trust.

Today is a very big day for our beloved boy, Arlo. He is having major spinal surgery, and we would be so grateful if you could keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

It’s going to be a long and emotional day for us, and all we want is our brave boy back home safe where he belongs, so he can begin his recovery.

We’re incredibly proud of him. He has shown us such resilience, determination and strength. We’re hoping his surgery is successful and looking forward to the moment we can bring him home.

Please keep everything crossed for our special boy today. ❤️🐾

2026 Christmas shutdown announcement 🎄

After a wonderful first year of looking after your amazing pups, The Dog B&B will be taking a little Christmas break from 23rd December 2026 to 7th January 2027.

This time is so important to us, as it gives us the chance to rest, recharge, spend quality time with our family, and enjoy some much-needed time with our own dogs.

We are incredibly grateful for all your support and trusting us with your fur babies. We will be back welcoming everyone from Friday 8th January 2027. Posting now in advance as we have been receiving a few enquiries for stays over the festive season.

Another wonderful week at The Dog B&B! 🐾

From zoomies and playtime to cuddles, snoozes, and plenty of happy faces, it’s been a week full of wagging tails and new memories. We’re so grateful to all of our lovely dogs and their owners for keeping us so busy and making every week so special.

Nothing beats a quiet moment snuggled up with Lee after a couple of DIY jobs and a day of fun, play, and making new friends. We love seeing our guests feel so relaxed, safe, and right at home. 💕
