Happy Gotcha Day, Walter.
One year ago today, we brought you home — nervous, gentle, and unsure if the world had a safe place for you in it. You didn’t know us yet, but you trusted us anyway. And that trust has become one of the greatest gifts of our lives.

Watching you bloom this past year has been nothing short of extraordinary.
The way your eyes softened…
The way your tail started to wag a little easier…
The way you learned that love doesn’t leave.

You are more than a rescue dog — you are a reminder of resilience, of hope, of the quiet bravery it takes to heal. You’ve changed our home, our days, and our hearts in ways we never expected.

🐾💛 Remembering Cindy — One Year On 💛🐾

It’s been a year since we said goodbye to our beautiful Cindy, our loyal little Jack Russell and cherished family dog. Though she’s no longer by our side, her pawprints are still all over our hearts. 🐶✨

Cindy was full of spirit — cheeky, loving, and always ready to make us smile. She had that special way of making every day brighter, whether it was through a wag of her tail, a playful bark, or simply curling up beside us when we needed comfort most. 💕

Losing her left a space that can never be filled, but her love lives on in the memories, the laughter, and the moments we still find ourselves smiling about today.

Forever missed. Forever loved. 🌈🐾

I’m so excited to finally introduce The Pet Collective — offering dog walking and chaperoning services across Northumberland and Newcastle.

As a lifelong dog owner (and proud Golden Retriever mum 🐶), I know just how much our dogs mean to us. I’m pet first aid trained, fully insured, and currently completing a dog training course to make sure every walk or wedding day is handled with the care your dog deserves.

🌊🐾 A Stroll to Remember — Vinny & Cindy at Tynemouth 🐾🌊

A few months back, Vinny the Jackawawa enjoyed a gentle seaside adventure with his lovely friend Cindy the Jack Russell. Two senior stars, trotting side by side along Tynemouth’s shore — soaking up the sea air, the sunshine, and the simple joy of being together. 💛

For older dogs, outings like this are so valuable. Regular, steady walks help keep their joints moving, their senses sharp, and their spirits high. The key is balance — plenty of rest stops, gentle pacing, and always listening to what they need. 🐕✨

Since then, sweet Cindy has crossed the 🌈 rainbow bridge, leaving behind a legacy of love and muddy pawprints on every heart she met. Though Vinny misses his walking buddy, he now shares his adventures with Millie, whose puppy energy brings laughter and light to each new day. 💕

Because every walk tells a story — of friendship, love, and the beautiful bond that keeps our dogs forever close, no matter where their paws may roam. 🐾❤️
