I’ve been a little quiet on this page recently, due to having regular clients fill my time!🫶🏼

After over 12 months of freelancing at Fox Moss Livery, it has come to an end!🥺

So grateful for Alex Jo Parsons for trusting me (and Angus🐕) too look after her full liveries during this time, and for everyone on the yard for being such lovely people! 🐴

This does mean I now have a rare space for regular work on a Monday afternoon!

It’s currently filled for the next three week already though! 🫶🏼

Me and Angus have had a busy few weeks!🐴

I gave myself 2 days off last week and didn’t know what to do with myself!😂

I don’t have much availability this winter due to regular clients!😁❄️

However I’m able to make time for some clipping, mane pulling/tidying, pop me a message to get booked in!💇🏽‍♀️

I was prepared for the weather today and went poo picking early this morning to beat the heat, with my dog, Angus!☀️

Then spent the afternoon indoors in a cool barn, mucking out!🐴

I have limited availability in July due to holidays!

Tegan is one of my BHS exam students who has recently set up her own business offering freelance groom services!

Hi, im Tegan, a 21 year old freelance groom!

I decided to go freelance as I enjoy the varied work and didn’t like being based at one yard as much as I do going to different yards each week!

I find the varied work much more enjoyable and I find clients to be much more appreciative when I go to smaller yards!

Since being freelance, it had lead to many more opportunities for me work wise, such as house sitting and even helping with a house renovation!

I get to decide when I work and what work I do, deciding when I work hasn’t been easy as I seem to just take all the work that comes my way, sometimes forgetting to have a day off!

Going freelance has allowed me to gain extra qualifications that I wouldn’t have done if I had stayed as a groom on one yard, it has also allowed me to meet new people and learn how to be adaptable as everyone does everything differently!
