From reactive to reliable 🐾
Just look at these two! ❤️
Both of these dogs started their training journey reactive towards both people and other dogs. Their environments could be difficult, triggers were a challenge, and simply being around distractions wasn’t always easy.
Fast forward to now… 👇
They can stand side by side, calmly, focused on their handler and comfortable in the environment around them. That doesn’t happen overnight, and it certainly isn’t down to one training session.
It’s the result of consistency, clear communication, boundaries, confidence and trust — from both the dogs AND their handlers.
There’s still work to do, because training never truly stops, but the progress these two have made is something to be proud of. 💪🐕
Reactive dogs aren’t “bad dogs”. They are dogs that need the right guidance, structure and understanding.
This is why I love behaviour modification — seeing the dog you once struggled to manage become a dog you can confidently take out into the world. ❤️
Progress isn’t always about perfection. Sometimes it’s simply being able to stand together calmly where once you couldn’t.
🐾 Calm. Control. Confidence. Connection.
