Two days ago I lost my best friend, Beans.
He passed away unexpectedly after 7 years of being my best friend. Beans was there through everything, he watched the dogs grow up, welcomed all the animals into his home (with some hissing to make sure they knew he’s the one running things), and was by my side through my worst moments.

I’ll miss you forever, my beanie baby ♥️🐈

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s been so understanding and supportive during this time with sessions/walks being cancelled 🧡

⛔️Warning to all who walk their dogs around Balderton Lake⛔️

This morning we had a very close call with a fish hook that had been dropped/dumped on the ground.

The dog was extremely lucky she only had 1 of the 3 hooks caught in the fur of her foot and it could easily be pulled out, but had her step been an inch in the other direction she’d have had an extremely painful and very expensive trip to the vets.

If you’re walking your dog around the area please be cautious, I’d hate to think another dog might not be so lucky 🙏

Incredibly proud of Cleo today 🥰
Today she had a 45min walk with a loose lead THE ENTIRE TIME (despite a few small pulls for a sniff and a wee) with 0 reactions!

Cleo is a 3 year old Shar-Pei with a very rehearsed habit of pulling but with the time, patience & practice she needed she finally hit this huge milestone 🤩

Alongside the many months of training we’ve been doing to get her here, the new harness definitely brought her up a level! 🦮🐾
