Our gorgeous Ivy had an enjoyable day exploring in the garden then spent some time chilling on her garden chair before heading into her bedroom for a nap 😻

Ivy recently had one of her regular check ups with the vet who was very pleased with her. She has been getting lots of exercise outside when the weather's been good but still has her catio for some enrichment if it's wet.

Ivy suffered damage to her rear end from a suspected car accident some years back when she was an owned cat. She came home injured. She has weakness in her hind legs as a result and was also left with nerve damage, causing double incontinence, but this doesn't stop Ivy living her life 🤍🖤❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our fundraising quiz last night. It was a full house with lots of laughs and everyone had a great time 😺

An amazing £501 was raised 🎉 which will go towards helping the cats in our care and covering some of their looming vet bills.

The team at Saith Seren in Wrexham did a brilliant job of keeping us well hydrated, so a big thank you to them for hosting us again 👏

We couldn't do these fabulous quiz nights without Jon and Jess being such stars for organising everything, for the raffle prizes being kindly donated and to everyone who attends them. You're all so wonderful and we're so very grateful for your support ❤️😻

TONIGHT!! 😺😺😺 Don't forget it's our fabulous fundraising quiz night at Saith Seren, Wrexham tonight with a 7.30pm start!

Gather your teams together for a fun night out! If you haven't been to one of our quiz nights before then you're in for a treat!

Quiz master Jon will be entertaining us again and we'll also have a fabulous raffle and gift stall with some lovely items, including some great cat dad gifts for Fathers Day!

£2 per person (max of 6 people per team). Cash and debit/credit cards accepted but cash preferred if possible please. It can get busy so be sure to arrive promptly to get a table.

All proceeds will go to help the cats in our care. We hope to see you there! 😺

As temperatures rise, it’s important to keep our feline friends safe.

Cats can struggle in the heat more than we realise so please ensure your cats always have:

💧 Access to fresh, cool water
🌳 Access to shaded areas
🏠 A safe indoor area during the hottest part of the day

If your cat seems lethargic, is panting, vomiting, drooling excessively or struggling in the heat, contact your vet immediately.

Please put a shallow, extra bowl of water outdoors in a shaded area area for the local wildlife too. A little extra care can make a big difference to our animal friends 🐾

Community cat Grey, who we neutered back in January 2024, has gotten his happy ending and found a forever home! 😻🎉

Grey lived outdoors in the Mancot area and was being supported by a number of caring neighbours. This was along with another community cat we'd helped called 'Biscuit', who also found his forever home in the one he was already visiting with Whiskers (now called Roger and was formally adopted out of the area 2024). We neutered and microchipped all three cats so that if they needed support with any health issues and were taken to a vet, we could be contacted to ensure they got that care.

It appears Grey has permanently moved in 3 doors down from where the kind ladies who were helping him live, and is officially now an owned cat! 😸 He's really landed on his paws and has a lovely home. Thank you so much to his wonderful caretakers for everything they did for him, and to his new family for opening their hearts and home to him.

We're so happy for this beautiful boy and glad we could help him along lifes journey in a small way 🩶❤️🐾
