Care About Cushing's

Complimentary diagnostic ACTH testing is now open

Untreated horses over 10 years of age with compatible clinical signs, and aged horses are entitled to one complimentary diagnostic ACTH test per year during Cushing's awareness months (autumn and spring).

If you are worried your horse may have Cushings Disease please call the surgery to book a blood test and get signed up on the 'Care about Cushings' site.
This can be done on one of our Zone Visit days. There will be a small charge for taking the blood sample and the postage but the laboratory testing is 'Free' until 31st October.

Many congratulations to Jack & Rory. 🥇🥇🥇

Somerset brothers Jack and Rory Capel (from Wootton Courtenay) achieved a notable sibling milestone by being crowned World Team Champions as part of the England team at the International Mounted Games Association (IMGA) World Championships held in Lamotte-Beuvron, France.

White Lodge have had the pleasure of looking after the Capel’s ponies for many years and hearing of this amazing success fills us with joy and pride.

Also thank you to Bella for the scrummy cake. There are only a few crumbs left. 😋
