🌞🐾 Heatwave Notice 🐾🌞
With the current extreme temperatures, the wellbeing and safety of your four-legged companions is my absolute priority.
Please be aware that appointments may be affected, as prolonged hair drying can add additional heat and stress for dogs during these conditions. I may need to adapt appointment times or grooming services to keep every dog safe and comfortable.
🐶 Please do not walk your dog to their appointment if possible. Hot pavements and high temperatures can be dangerous and can quickly lead to overheating.
🚗 If you can, please drive to your appointment and use the Co-op car park to minimise the time your dog spends outside in the heat.
If you feel your dog cannot safely make their appointment because of the heat, there will be no cancellation charge, and I will happily rearrange you to the next earliest available appointment.
I want to reassure everyone that your dog's health and wellbeing are far more important to me than income during these extreme weather conditions. If I feel that an appointment needs to be adjusted, shortened or rearranged for your dog's safety, I will contact you.
