We are close to the £1,500 mark — something we never expected to reach so quickly.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated, shared our appeal or supported Nash Hedgehog Rescue in any way.

Every £1 is helping us create a safe, properly equipped ICU for our sickest and most vulnerable hedgehogs.

Thank you 🙏🏼

This little girl came in to us this morning after being entangled in netting in her finders garden. They had no idea they even had visiting hedgehogs until they found her gasping for breath in the net.
Quick thinking saved little Henny as she’s been named and she will now be kept under strict observation to see there no damage from the netting around her little limbs. (It can take a few days to show up after the blood supply has been cut off). 🙏🏼

Please keep netting off the ground to protect our wildlife. Thank you

Keep everything crossed for the little precious.

Maybe she should have been called Lucky 💜💜

💜💜Please help us reach our goal💜💜

🦔 Our big announcement is here… we’re building a Hedgehog ICU! 🦔

https://gofund.me/15737173c

We’ve got a second shed, and we’re going to be turning it into a dedicated Intensive Care Unit for our most poorly hedgehogs. This will allow us to keep them separately from those who are recovering, as well as increasing the number of hedgehogs we’re able to care for.

Since opening in July, we’ve already cared for 54 hedgehogs — and at times we’ve had to close to new admissions simply because we were full.

There’s quite a bit of work to do before our empty shed becomes a fully functioning Hedgehog ICU! We’ll be doing as much of the work ourselves as we can, but we’ve set up a GoFundMe for anyone who would like to help us get it up and running. 💚

Every pound raised goes towards helping the hedgehogs in our care.

Every single donation, no matter how big or small, means so much to us and, most importantly, to the hedgehogs in our care.

Your generosity is helping us improve and extend our little Hogspital so we can care for even more sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs.

We’re so grateful for every bit of support. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💜
