🐾✝️ Remembering the Hero Dogs of 9/11 🇺🇸

Today we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honour the brave souls who stepped into the darkness to help others — including the faithful search-and-rescue dogs who worked beside their handlers.

Through the dust, rubble and devastation, they searched tirelessly. They brought hope where there was despair, comfort where there was grief, and companionship in moments of unimaginable pain.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

God’s creation has a beautiful way of reminding us what unconditional love, loyalty and service look like. These dogs asked for no recognition. They simply served faithfully beside the people they trusted. 🐾❤️

Today we pray for the families who still carry the loss, give thanks for every first responder and handler who served, and remember the four-legged heroes who walked with them.

May God bless those we lost, those who served, and those who still remember.

✝️ We will never forget.
