As you can see, Bindi has officially given up on having bones and has turned into a puddle. She’s completely taken over the sofa, but to be fair, she’s strategically found the only cool patch of leather in the entire house.⁣⁣

Honestly, I’d try to squeeze onto it with her, but being 7 months pregnant in this heat means my internal thermostat is already completely broken. Bindi thinks she has it bad with a fur coat, but at least she isn’t carrying around a tiny, kicking radiator 24/7. 🤰🔥⁣⁣

⚠️ 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Classes are cancelled this week for obvious reasons! I’ll be in touch with everyone individually to rearrange.⁣⁣

And just like that, they’ve graduated! 🎓✨

A smaller Middleton class than usual last week, but Remi, Junior, and Stanley weren’t letting that hold them back. They absolutely flew through the famous confidence course, showing off just how much they’ve grown over the last few weeks. 🐶💪

Building real-world confidence is what it’s all about, and these three absolutely smashed it. Well done, puppies! 🏆💜

There is nothing quite like the feeling of total engagement. 🥹

Meet little Harry, the tiny but mighty Cocker/Cavalier cross! 🐾

Harry is a proper little bundle of energy, and as any spaniel owner knows, that “busy” brain starts working from day one. His owners were brilliant and got in touch early because they wanted to make sure all that enthusiasm was directed in the right way from the very beginning.

With breeds like Harry’s, it’s all about finding that balance—giving them an outlet for their natural curiosity and drive while teaching them how to find their “off switch” too. Starting early with puppy foundations isn’t just about learning “sit” or “stay”; it’s about giving them the tools to navigate the world confidently and calmly.
We’re so excited to watch this little lad progress.

Getting those habits right now means a much smoother (and less chaotic!) road ahead.

Following on from my post about Xena, I wanted to share a massive win from the very beginning of the journey.

Our Hindley Green puppy graduation was a week later than planned after the class was hit by illness, but it was well worth the wait. With lead walking and greetings being the main hurdle for this group, we went “off-piste” and took the session to the park to put their skills to a real-world test.

Gadget and Penny were thrown right into the deep end! They had to navigate plenty of people, bikes, gale-force winds, and even the ultimate distraction—being rushed by an over-exuberant off-lead dog. 🙈

Despite the chaos, they both smashed it. Seeing them maintain focus and handle those “big” moments with such composure was the perfect way to wrap up. Training isn’t about being perfect in a quiet hall; it’s about having the tools to cope when life gets a bit messy.

Huge congratulations to our latest graduates—you’ve built a brilliant foundation for the years ahead! 🎓✨
