Today's staff meeting was... interesting 😂🐾

We had three VERY helpful volunteers in store today:

Silver - In charge of quality control (mostly treats) 🦴
Percy - Head of security, checking everyone gets a proper sniff at the door 👀
Jimmy - Customer service expert, specialising in cuddles and demanding attention ❤️

Honestly, we don't know how we managed without them. 10/10 would hire again.

Thanks for popping in to see us doggo’s, you made our day!

Got a helpful hound at home? Bring them in to join the team!

That FACE! 😍 Can we just take a minute for this snoot?!

The classic "have you got a treat for me?" look - and of course we did.

This is why we love having your dogs in store. That big brown-eyed stare is impossible to say no to. 🐾

Pop in with your pup, we're always ready for a treat and a nose boop!

🧛 COUNT DRACULA HAS BEEN CAUGHT RED-PAWED!
There's been some suspicious activity at Betty & Butch, and our

Inside each box you'll find:
🦴 Bag of Bones
🦇 Bat Droppings
🧙 Witches' Fingers
🎃 A rather cheerful pumpkin dog toy

All wrapped up in our specially designed Hound Times Halloween packaging.

The perfect trick-or-treat surprise for your dog. Although judging by Dracula's face, he has absolutely no intention of sharing.

POV: You bring your 14-week-old puppy into Betty & Butch and he already knows where we keep the good stuff 😂

Everyone meet Oscar. 14 weeks old, full of beans and this cheeky chap has got the Handforth store all figured out already.

Straight in, straight to the treat wall. No hesitation.

We think he’ll be running the place by Christmas.

Welcome to the Betty & Butch gang Oscar, you are officially one of our favourites 🐾❤️

Sound on for the pitter patter of tiny puppy feet!

Is your dog afraid of fireworks?

We know it’s a tough time of year for a lot of dogs and their humans.

Firework season is here and every dog copes differently. Some need support from now to build up calm before the big nights, some just need a little extra help on the night itself, and some need a different approach altogether.

That’s why we don’t do a one-size-fits-all. We stock a range of natural calming options, including favourites like Scullcap & Valerian and Valerian Compound, alongside lots of other choices to suit different dogs.

If your dog struggles, pop in and have a chat with our team. We’ll talk through what might suit your dog and when to start.

The sooner you start, the better prepared they are. You don’t have to wait until the fireworks start.
