Dear Clients,

Due to the increased temperatures, all 1-hour dog walks will be temporarily suspended until further notice. During this period, we will only be carrying out 30-minute walks if the temperature is suitable this will be until temperatures returns to a safer level.

We follow the recommended 19°C rule of thumb, as advised by the RSPCA. Temperatures above this can increase the risk of heatstroke in dogs, with exercise being one of the leading causes.

The RSPCA advises that temperatures below 19°C are generally considered safe for most dogs, provided they have access to water and shade.

We understand this may be frustrating or inconvenient; however, your dog’s health, safety, and wellbeing remain our main priority at all times.

Rex has a special talent for finding the muddiest patch of grass on our walks — and making himself right at home in it!

He absolutely loves the mud and enjoys every second of it. It’s all part of the adventure and enrichment that comes with exploring the great outdoors.

Safe to say… bath time may be on the cards later! 😅

Hi,

We just wanted to let you know about a small adjustment to our pricing.

From now on, our dog walking rates will be:

• 30-minute walk – £15
• 1-hour walk – £20

When reviewing our current pricing, we realised that our rates were significantly lower than other local pet care services offering the same level of care and reliability. In order to continue providing a professional, dependable service — and to properly cover travel time and rising fuel costs — we’ve had to make this necessary adjustment.

We are committed to delivering safe, attentive, and high-quality care for your pets, and this change ensures we can continue doing so sustainably.

Our customers first deep clean completed by us today.

We also provided advice on improving day-to-day maintenance by introducing litter training for the guinea pigs, helping to keep the enclosures cleaner for longer.
