Just a heads up that our breeding project for the axolotls was a success and we will have some available soon.

The main reason I'm posting is if there are any education/young people facilities or schools that would like some for free?

Friendly reminder to double check those heat control systems, regardless of what type. Winter is difficult and even if you maintain room temperature, the enclosures drop anyway!

It's not just too cold for the animals, but if you don't modify your "difference" or sometimes even delay, you can have it switch back and forth and pose a fire risk!

There are so many tortoises being given up, to those looking, please please rescue don't buy. Berkshire Reptile Rescue is one of the best in Berkshire, likely further afield too. Many of our rescuers here have had experience or bought supplies/rescued through this not for profit with no issues!

If you must buy, check they are following CITES guidelines and have paperwork, most reputable breeders will.

The tortoise protection group has fantastic advice and guidance.

Few tortoises in for homing atm. Including a lil blind fella.

From gloves and a little anxiety, to happy and in a loving home!

Pasha was rehomed recently and. We are coming up on a month, meaning it's a successful rehome!

Pasha came to us not necessarily aggressive but definitely not the best aim and had a tendency to panic!

She's now with a loving family and is right at home.

Well done Pasha.
