Checked on Gemini and Flo yesterday. They have moved a short distance but I was glad to see that Gemini looked very happy with her new life. Thankfully not at all bothered by the masses of flies around and they have a new companion!!

A little bit of history as we turned a Rodlease pony out to run the forest today -the first since Rodlease High Time Too. She is two years old,by Bullhill Major and she is a great great grandaughter of Rodlease Fiesta who was High Time Too's dam. She will probably be retained to continue the Rodlease line and we thought that life on the forest would be wonderful education.She was rather surprised at the size of her new field,but her younger companion was bred on the forest and will show her the ropes we hope. They are also well away from any forest roads or too many people that want to interact with them.
