School’s back… and we’re back in the woods. 🌲🐾

After the back-to-school chaos, it was lovely to take some time out with Skye today and just explore.

No agenda. No rushing. Just us, the woods and a few trails to check out. 🐕💚

And of course, I couldn’t resist having a little look at the trails with the new Canicross season in mind… 👀🏃‍♀️

There’s something about being back in the woods at this time of year that makes me excited for what’s ahead.

New season. New trails. New adventures. 🐾

Sunday’s social run finished with the perfect reward — a coffee pit stop with the Tails & Trails crew! 🐕🏃‍♀️

I love that our social runs aren’t just about getting out and running with our dogs. They’re about community, friendships, plenty of laughs and making a morning of it. ❤️

And of course… no Sunday adventure is complete without coffee! ☕️

Three divas. One Canicross adventure. 🌶️🐾

Today I hit the trails with Skye, Maggie & Millie — three gorgeous ginger girls who definitely know how to bring the spice! 😂🧡

We’re getting back into the Canicross groove and these three were very happy to be back out doing what they love. 🏃‍♀️🐕💨

And what better way to finish than a little coffee stop at Coffee at Margot’s? ☕️💕 The perfect end to a morning on the trails!

Three personalities, three little divas… and absolutely no shortage of attitude! 😂

Someone once told me she’d love to try Canicross, but she wasn’t fit enough.

And honestly? That broke my heart a little. 🥺

You don’t need to be a runner.
You don’t need to be fast.
You just need to start where you are. ❤️

Your dog, your fitness and your confidence can grow with you. 🐕‍🦺💪

Stop waiting to be “fit enough”. Come and give it a go. 🐾
