I knew from the meet-and-greet that Trevor would be in good hands, so I was very happy when the trial night went well (even though I was probably more anxious than the dog!) It was good to meet Natalie and Phil, and it was very apparent they were dog lovers.

From then on, the stays Trevor had were amazing, even though I fretted somewhat - as Trevor can be quite sensitive in new surroundings - but they understood that and handled him perfectly, so I soon learnt to know that there was nothing to worry about. They took good care of him, and we really appreciated the updates and videos, as well as the quick responses to our communications, so we felt at ease the whole time we were away.

It was so good to see Trevor was happy and comfortable, and he got on well with the other dogs. The environment was clean and safe, with plenty of places to play and rest, and he came home relaxed and cared for.

I would highly recommend Kings Langley Dog Boarding to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog boarder - Trevor even pulled us up the drive on the second visit, so we will definitely be booking again.
