My office of choice… Crystal Palace Park! 🦕🐾

Some people spend their day staring at spreadsheets… I spend mine dodging dinosaurs (well… nearly! 😂).

Today’s work meeting included:
🐕 One very enthusiastic Golden Retriever called Wynne
🎾 Countless games of fetch
🌳 Beautiful woodland walks
🦖 Prehistoric colleagues keeping an eye on us
💛 Plenty of giggles , wagging tails and happy memories

This is why I love what I do. Every walk is an adventure, every dog has their own personality, and every day feels a little different. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better office.

Who’s your favourite colleague at work? Mine just happens to have four legs and a tennis ball permanently attached to her mouth! 🐶💛

Not every friendship starts with wagging tails… sometimes it starts with a bite 💛🐾

When I first started walking Jessie, this beautiful greyhound wasn’t quite sure about me. She was anxious, uncertain, and yes… she even bit me! But building trust takes time, especially with dogs who have had their own journey.

Day by day, walk by walk, that trust has grown into something really special.

Now I’m greeted with those soulful eyes, gentle cuddles, and a face that lights up the moment the treat bag appears. (Let’s be honest… Jessie definitely thinks treats are the best part of our walks! 😂🍗)

Being a professional dog walker isn’t just about exercise. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and getting to know every dog’s unique personality. Watching Jessie grow more relaxed and affectionate has been one of the biggest rewards of my job.

Thank you, Jessie, for letting me be part of your world. I think we’ve both realised that life’s a little better with walks, cuddles… and plenty of treats 💛🐾

🐾 Golden Retriever Wednesday 🐾

Wednesday is always better when it’s spent with these two gorgeous goldens, Wynne and Buddy 💛

We had another lovely walk around Mayow Park today, with plenty of ball 🥎 chasing, the occasional (unsuccessful! 😂) squirrel 🐿️ chase, lots of well-earned treats, and some juicy melon 🍉 to help keep them cool and hydrated in the warm weather. 🍈☀️

Watching them run, play, and enjoy each other’s company never gets old. They’re happiest with a tennis ball, a shady spot to rest, and plenty of cuddles at the end of the walk.

Happy Golden Retriever Wednesday from Wynne and Buddy! 🐶🐶💛

One whole year with this sweet girl 💗🐾

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year of walks, tail wags, happy greetings, and adventures with Wynne. What started as being her hired dog walker has become so much more. She’s become such a special part of my days, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend time with her.

From our neighborhood strolls to snack breaks (watermelon is definitely a favorite 🍉), every moment reminds me why I love what I do. Thank you, Wynne, for your endless smiles, gentle spirit, and unconditional love. And thank you to your amazing family for trusting me to care for such a wonderful girl.

Here’s to many more walks, cuddles, treats, and memories together. Happy one-year anniversary, sweet Wynne! ❤️

One of the best parts of pet sitting isn’t just spending time with amazing animals—it’s knowing you’ve made a difference.

Today I received such a lovely message from a client after looking after their cats , and it genuinely made my day. 💕

Knowing that pet owners can relax while they’re away because they trust me to care for their furry family members means everything. Messages like this remind me why I love what I do.

A huge thank you to all my wonderful clients for putting your trust in me. It truly is a privilege to care for your pets, and I can’t wait for more tail wags, cuddles, and adventures! 🐾❤️

If you’re planning a trip and want your pets to stay happy, safe, and loved in their own home, feel free to get in touch.

The message 🐈‍⬛🐈

Jacqueline was wonderful during our recent break. She took care of our cats brilliantly and also kept an eye on our home which gave us so much reassurance. It was lovely to receive the regular updates and photos during our holiday. We appreciated her help so much and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jaqueline! Rosie and John Meredith

Another stay with my favourite little sausage, Noodle! 🌭🐾❤️

If there’s one thing I know about Noodle, it’s that she’s perfected the art of living her best life… and I was more than happy to be part of it! 😄

Our stay at her lovely pawrents’ home included:
🐾 Endless cuddles.
🛏️ Sharing the bed (I was very kindly allowed a tiny corner!).
🍗 A few extra chicken treats for being the very best girl.
🌿 Garden adventures, where every leaf, flower and blade of grass deserved a thorough investigation.
🦋 Keeping the garden safe from the terrifying butterfly invasion.
🏡 Taking her role as Head of Home Security very seriously—every unusual noise was met with an enthusiastic announcement to ensure the whole neighbourhood knew the house was protected! 😂

Noodle is one of those dogs who simply loves to be close to her people. Whether she was snuggled beside me on the sofa, tucked under the duvet, or following me from room to room to make sure I wasn’t getting into mischief, she was never far away—and I loved every minute of it.

Of course, I also owe Noodle a huge apology… 🤣⚽ She had to endure my very questionable singing while we watched the footie. To be fair, she didn’t complain… although I’m fairly sure a couple of those barks were her way of asking me to stop! 🎤😂

Looking after regular clients is one of the best parts of my job because they become so much more than clients—they become little friends. Seeing Noodle’s waggy tail every time we meet and spending quality time together is always such a privilege.

Thank you, Noodle, for another wonderful stay, all the cuddles, the laughs, and for letting me share your bed in your beautiful home. Until next time, I’ll bring the chicken… and I promise to work on my singing! 🩷🐾🍗

Double the cats, double the cuddles! 🐱🐱❤️

This week I had the pleasure of caring for the gorgeous Willow and Sonny with my drop-in visits while their humans were away.

Each visit included:
🐾 Feeding time (which, according to them, was always five minutes overdue!).
💧 Fresh water top-ups.
🏡 Welfare checks to make sure they were both happy, healthy and content.
💕 And, best of all… plenty of cuddles!

These two completely melted my heart. Willow’s unbelievably soft fur made every cuddle irresistible, while Sonny’s enormous feline paws had me laughing every visit—I think they’re more like bear paws than cat paws! 🐻🐾

I was greeted with affection every time I walked through the door, and it’s safe to say I looked forward to our daily catch-ups just as much as they looked forward to dinner (although I suspect dinner still won! 😹).

Drop-in visits are the perfect way to keep cats happy in their own home, maintaining their routine while giving them companionship, care and plenty of fuss while you’re away.

Thank you, Willow and Sonny, for all the purrs, head bumps, cuddles and for reminding me that being a professional cat servant is actually a pretty amazing job! ❤️

If you’re looking for someone to care for your pets as if they were my own, I’d love to help.

A weekend in Tonks’ world 🖤🐾

Some house sits are all about keeping a routine… and then there’s Tonks, who made it very clear that the routine should revolve around her comfort. 😄

This weekend at Tonks’ home included:

🛋️ Supervising me from the sofa.
🛏️ Making sure I didn’t get lonely by sharing the bed (whether invited or not!).
🤝 Insisting on hand-holding during cuddle time.
🦷 Flashing those spectacular little teefies every chance she got.
❤️ And, of course, plenty of fuss, cuddles, and keeping everything just as it should be while her family were away.

One of the biggest benefits of home sitting is that dogs like Tonks get to stay in the place they know and love. They can stick to their usual routine, sleep in their own bed (or yours for the weekend! 😂), and enjoy lots of one-to-one attention without the stress of leaving home.

Tonks is the definition of a gentle soul, and spending the weekend with her was an absolute pleasure. She may have stolen most of the bed… but she definitely stole my heart too. 🖤

Thank you for having me, Tonks—I can’t wait for our next sleepover!

There’s nothing better than keeping a greyhound happy and relaxed in the place they love most… their own home. 🖤🐾

Greyhounds are creatures of habit, and staying in their familiar surroundings helps them feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away.

When I care for your greyhound, I provide:
🐾 Home visits tailored to their routine
🛏️ Plenty of company, cuddles, and gentle care
🚶 Calm walks at their own pace
🍖 Feeding and medication if needed
📸 Regular updates and photos for complete peace of mind

Every greyhound has their own personality, and I take the time to get to know each one so they receive the love and care they deserve.

If you’re planning a trip and want your greyhound to stay happy in the comfort of home, I’d love to help.

🔥 HOT WEATHER 🔥

With very hot weather forecast this week, I may have to cancel some walks at short notice if temperatures become too high for dogs to exercise safely.

Even at 8am, temperatures are expected to reach around 24°C, which is simply too hot for many dogs. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always come first, and I’d much rather be cautious than risk heat-related illness.

Where possible, I will be offering early morning walks, along with pop-in visits for toilet breaks and garden time for any dogs that are home alone during the day.

I will monitor the weather closely and keep everyone updated if any walks need to be cancelled or adjusted.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me. 🐾
