Animals are speaking to us all the time. This weekend, a group of pet parents learned how to listen.

There is a moment in every animal communication workshop that always gives me goosebumps.

It is the moment someone looks up with wide eyes and says something like:

“Wait… did I actually just receive that?”

This weekend, I taught an Animal Communication Workshop, and I absolutely loved it. 🐾✨

Thank you so much to the wonderful group of students who joined. They came with open minds and open hearts, all led by their love for animals.

One of my favourite parts is always seeing the surprised looks and that beautiful feeling of accomplishment when people realise they are actually connecting with animals — receiving their words, sensing their emotions, and even feeling areas of discomfort in the body.

What a gift this is, not just for us, but for our animals too.

To hear them on a deeper level.
To meet them where they are.
To support them in the way they need us.

So many people struggle with their animals, and often what holds us back is fear:

“What if it doesn’t work?”
“What if it is too hard?”
“Is this really possible?”
“Am I making it up?”

I know those thoughts too well.

But animal communication is not about learning something complicated.

It is about remembering how to listen.
Remembering how to trust.
Remembering how to connect with animals from the heart.

We are all just one step away from connecting more deeply.

And when we truly listen, our animals have so much to share. 🐾✨

True Health Includes Your Spirit 🌿✨

On World Health Day, I want to ask this community something vital:

If you are developing your intuition or mediumship, what are you doing to maintain your "Energetic Health?"

This path asks a massive amount of our nervous system. To be a clear channel for the Spirit world, your body needs to be a stable "radio." If you are fried, overwhelmed, or ungrounded, the signal comes through fuzzy—or not at all.

To move from zero to professional, you have to treat your energy like an athlete treats their body. 🏃‍♀️🔮

What supports your "Spirit Health" most right now?

🧘 Grounding: (Are you walking barefoot or using crystals?)

They have so much to tell you... but are you hearing them, or just hearing the "static"? 📻

When you first start talking to animals, it is normal to question everything and your brain may immediately say: "You’re just imagining that."

If you’ve felt that, I want you to know: This is just the static on the line.

Just like a radio, if you aren't tuned to the right frequency, all you hear is white noise. Most pet parents are trying to listen while their "mental radio" is full of stress, to-do lists, and self-doubt. Before you can hear them clearly, you have to find the Calm.
