Our gorgeous girl Kitty is still waiting for her forever home 🏡

Kitty is incredibly friendly and docile. She lets you cuddle her like a baby and gently hold her paws. She likes looking out windows, snuggles, chasing string, watching tv, rolling on carpet and chewing kitchen roll tubes.

Kitty was found with a poorly leg due which, due to the age of the injury was recomended to be amputated. Luckily, she seems to be getting on alright so instead we are trying monthly injections to keep her pain free while she goes about her life!

She’s a plucky little thing full of sweetness and determination.

We would love Kitty to have a permanent home as she is a sweet, affectionate and playful girl and does so deserve this.

ARC would continue to be responsible for her leg in terms of vet care as long as she is seen by one of the vets where we have an account in Twickenham and Feltham.

100% support this. We get schools asking us to take them when its the holidays or when they have no budget for vet bills.

As schools get ready to go back this week, we’re asking everyone to think twice before bringing rabbits into the classroom. 🐰

Rabbits might look like the perfect school pet, but a busy classroom can be a stressful and frightening environment for a prey animal. They need space, companionship, quiet places to hide, and plenty of time to settle into their surroundings.

Regular handling by different children can also be unsettling, and caring for a rabbit properly takes commitment every day, including weekends and school holidays.

There are so many wonderful ways for children to learn about rabbits without keeping one in the classroom.

This school year, help us and put rabbit welfare first. 💜

This little honey bee 🐝 knew where to come yesterday while we were car booting. We had a bee revival kit from Beevive 🐝 (https://beevive.com/) and she visited a few times to refuel. What an honour 💛🖤
