Hey everyone, I thought I would introduce myself and tell you a little bit more about me and the reasons why I started Doodle Doggies. I’m Sara, 42 and have two children aged 6 and 3, I’m also a wife and dog mum to Lenny, our Cavapoochon. I’ve always loved dogs and nearly 2 years ago after a tough few years across COVID, we decided to bring a little bit of sunshine into our lives and searched for

a pup! There were lots of breeders out there but after lots of research, we went with and chose our furry friend! I took it upon myself to train him and I’m definitely his main walker in the house! I’ve spent most my career on the phone and meeting clients and candidates as a recruiter and even though there were elements of it that I enjoyed, I never felt it fully fulfilled me. After deciding to resign in August, I spent a few months deciding and thinking about what I wanted to do next and after meeting so many dog walkers and realising that one of my favourite times of the day was walking Lenny, I thought surely there is mileage in doing this as a job and it would work around me having young kids! I got my license, I completed a dog walking course and started to put some feelers out there and near enough 3 weeks later, I am walking 5 dogs regularly and loving every minute of it! I hope to continue this journey and I’m also looking at training, as I love seeing the results and working with the dogs. So watch this space! I look forward to many walks, runny, sunny and snowy days ahead and who ever I meet along the way 🥰

Meet Lenny, Roxie, Mabel, Cookie and Albie.
We have enjoy regular walks to the park and have a lot of fun meeting other dogs along the way.
If you're wanting to join the Doodle Doggies, just get in touch. I have availability on some of my group walks and still some solo walks available too.
