A huge congratulations to Charlotte, who is completing her Level 2 Dog Groomer apprenticeship with Just Think Dog! 🐶✂️

Charlotte was nominated for this month’s Special Recognition Award by her assessor, Zoe, who praised her for excelling throughout her apprenticeship.

"She has worked brilliantly alongside her employer to develop valuable skills, knowledge and behaviours, while supporting with the dogs and a new business venture alongside the parlour.

Charlotte has shown clear communication, patience with the dogs and clients, consistently high-quality work and an incredible work ethic. She has already passed her multiple choice question and is now preparing for her final practical assessment and professional discussion."

Her dedication and determination have truly stood out, and both Zoe and her employer believe she is a real asset to the industry.

☀️ Hot Weather Reminder ☀️

Our salon is fully air-conditioned, so your dog will be kept cool and comfortable while they're with us. However, we're also mindful of their journey to and from the salon.

Please help us keep your dog safe during the warmer weather:

🐾 Avoid walking your dog to their appointment during the hottest part of the day if possible.

🐾 Check the pavement before setting off. If it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for paws.

🐾 Never leave your dog in a parked car, even for a few minutes.

🐾 Make sure your dog has access to fresh water before and after travelling.

If you're concerned about the heat, your dog's health, or travelling conditions, please give us a call. We're always happy to discuss rearranging appointments where necessary.

Your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come first.
