Many of you will remember Rose, the young English setter rescued in Cyprus with both front legs broken. She fought her way back to walking and found a wonderful home with Jenny and Neil.

Sadly, Rose is now in constant pain. A bone infection has damaged her legs and she faces surgery on 30 October, with more to follow. Her insurance won’t cover it because her injuries happened before she was adopted.

Jenny and Neil are doing everything they can for her, and we’d love our setter family to help. Please donate if you can, and SHARE this post. Every share reaches someone who might help Rose walk pain-free again. 💛

Fair warning: this sweatshirt will start conversations on every dog walk you take this winter.

A setter silhouette on soft sage green. Strangers will ask where you got it. Other setter owners will nod knowingly. Your dog will assume it’s a portrait of them.

The Setter Saviours shop is now open, and every penny goes back to our rescued dogs still waiting for their sofa.

Christmas cards, calendars, walking kit, paw balm for muddy winter feet, slow feeders for the ones who inhale their dinner, and a few things just for you.

Next year's calendar 2027 is now for sale

Hope your favourite is in there. Sorry if you sent in a photo and its not appeared it may be due to poor quality of the photo or because we ran out of space. However, there's always the year after (2028) for you to try and get that perfect shot.

To keep things simple and affordable on this fundraising page we are offering the calendars for £10 each which includes postage.
We also have for sale our own Christmas cards so if you combine the cards with a calendar you will save on postage. See separate post for the cards.

🚐 A new transport is coming - and five dogs need you

Five dogs have the chance of a seat on the next transport to the UK, but each one needs a foster or adoptive home lined up first. The transport, the paperwork and the vet checks are all in hand. A home is the last piece.

🐾 Luna - a German Pointer girl who was dumped, recovered from mange, and is now cuddly, gentle and healthy
🐾 Teddy - found alone by a roadside as a young pup, and now a happy, people-loving boy who’s brilliant with other dogs
🐾 Pongo - our playful, affectionate retriever mix who adores his kennel mates
🐾 Hope - found wandering alone on a busy street, now a calm, loving three-year-old who’s great with other dogs
🐾 Tommy - a Lagotto Romagnolo, rare in the UK, who loves fetching things!

Tommy and Luna missed the last van because no one came forward in time. We’d love this to be their turn.

Homes need to be confirmed by Monday 2nd November to secure their places. If you could foster or adopt one of these five, please message us!

This boy Hudson is a gem. We are so happy our friends went back and found him. Cleo and Hudson are best buddies as both are young dumped on the streets. 🥹 Hudson baby boy and Cleo are looking for sponsors till they can travel. Luckily both are healthy. We are also taking applications for them but those applying need to understand it will be approximately February before they can travel! 😍🙏 If you can please help towards their care £80 per month for each of them. Sadly our cost just went sky high and their adoption fee currently barely covers their transport costs. Not covering vet bills or preparation for their travels. 🙏
