It’s honestly so sad that I have to do yet another post about my cancellation policy/no show policy within the last two weeks I have had a few cancellations with short notice and some no shows, in which causes a lot of issues for my business. I have a back log of people wanting to book with me but with the short notice of cancellations or the no shows I am unable to fill the session in. I am having to get incredibly tight with this policy now and more strict which is honestly so saddening for myself and my business that people cannot respect the polices or my business. 😢

Hi everyone.

Due to a number of no shows, or people having sessions and not paying, all sessions are now required to be paid on the time of booking if a block session, or at least 24 hours before your session.
All sessions are now also non refundable unless we have to cancel due to any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Pet sitting also requires full payment before the sit.

Heatwave announcement, this week is set for temperatures to get quite high and hot, dog safety in this heatwave for dog owners should be your main priority.

Dogs can miss a few days of walks but if you choose to take them out that is your decision but think of the breed, age and where you are going wether it can provide shade, water and cool down materials.

Keep them cool is a priority because they can’t control there body temperature like humans.

How to keep them warm-

- Fans
- Keeping curtains shut
- Frozen Enrichment
- Paddling pools
- Cooling matts
- Remove any bedding they have in their crates and provide thin blanket or cooling blanket

Let’s keep our dogs cool and safe in this heat.

If you have sessions booked this week please give me a message to confirm them the day before due to the heatwave.

Come January I will be hopefully able to secure an inside location for winter and hot summers so sessions can still continue🐾🐾

We need your help, my Nala-May, has been struggling with lameness since she was a puppy, we’ve tried loads of different pain reliefs and hydrotherapy and nothing seems to be working, she’s our pride and joy, she’s a big part of our family and our business and we need help with raise money for a CT scan, she’s had x rays and nothing showed up structurally wrong with her but vets said CT will show anything causing this, so please please any help will be highly appreciated. She is insured but they will not cover it as she went in for this issue as a pup before she was insured so it’s classed as a pre condition🐕🐾🐾🐾she’s done down hill massively since yesterday 😢

Another successful week at puppy classes tonight, was having so much fun we didn’t get many photos but we are so proud of our students, and Nala came along for some heal demonstration, she was loving meeting lots of new friends ❤️
