Animal Aid 1990 We are a small dog rescue helping dogs in need find loving and secure homes, operating a policy of non-destruction. We are based in Liverpool, Merseyside UK.

www.animalaid1990.webs.com After seperating from the cat side of the registered charity 'Animal Aid', where we have worked for over 15 years helping to rescue and rehome unwanted and abandoned dogs we applied to become a seperate registered charity in order to continue our hard work. On 17th May 2011 we were finally granted charity status (Reg Charity No: 1141952)

Dotty (Now Lottie)

'Hi Amy – remember us? Sorry I haven't been in touch before. After the initial problems with Lottie (Dotty when she was with you) she has settled in well and is a delight. We've haven't had any more ugly incidents for a long while now and hope – fingers crossed – they are a thing of the past. When I think about it, we were expecting too much of her to begin with. Anyway we adore her and are very pleased to have adopted her. I attach two photos, one of her sitting on the back deck of our boat in the sun, and the other of her in one of our favourite places for a good run. She adores chasing around with other dogs – she's always out in the front and we haven't come across any dog that can catch up with her. I can't get a good photo of her running - always out of the photo or just a blur! I'll send it if I ever take a good one.
