The van has now been sold and I now have a new vehicle with secure, fitted dog cages so your dogs can travel safely and comfortably to and from walks and grooming appointments. Their safety is always my top priority 🐶 🚗

🐶 Important Grooming Information – Shave-Down Fees ✂️

We want every dog’s grooming experience to be as safe and comfortable as possible. Occasionally, we see dogs with matted or heavily tangled coats that require a shave-down rather than a regular trim.

Please note: • Shave-downs due to matting are not included in our standard grooming price
• Additional fees may apply, depending on the condition of the coat and time required
• We will always assess the coat first and discuss any extra charges with you before starting

Shave-downs take extra time and care and can be harder on both your dog and our equipment, which is why these fees are necessary.

Regular brushing and routine grooming appointments can help avoid extra charges and keep your dog comfortable 💜

DOODLE OWNERS ℹ️ (poodle cross breeds)

Due to the nature of the coat, it is essential that they remain on a strict 4–6 week grooming schedule.Doodles have a high-maintenance coat that mats very easily. When grooming is delayed beyond this timeframe, matting can become severe and uncomfortable for your dog, often requiring shorter haircuts or additional dematting that can be stressful for them. Maintaining a consistent schedule helps keep your dog comfortable, healthy, and looking their best.

To ensure the best experience and results, I require adherence to this 4–6 week schedule moving forward. This allows to safely maintain their coat and avoid unnecessary discomfort.Appointments scheduled beyond 6 weeks will be subject to an overdue grooming fee, which reflects the additional time, labor, and care required to safely groom an overgrown or matted coat. This fee will be added to the base grooming price.
