Late payment and late pick up!
I’m finding an increasing amount of people coming to collect their dog and not being able to pay at collection. I accept cash or card/contactless only. Not bank transfer!
If payment cannot be made on collection please rearrange the appointment.
It’s paying for a service that has been provided. We wouldn’t go shopping , take goods from the shop and tell them that we will pay later, so please do not do it to me!
Late pick up
After having to wait for clients to collect their dog after agreed collection time has had me sat there for anywhere up to an hour, I will be bringing in a late collection charge for anything later than 20 minutes after the agreed collection time. £5 per 20 mins.
Being late impacts my break times to refuel /use the bathroom or another appointment. I don’t have anywhere to hold multiple dogs so I rely heavily on promptness of collection. Again if you know you may not be able to collect on time , please reschedule the appointment!
