Morning to all our amazing clients,

We pride ourselves on being a super relaxed and flexible salon, always doing our best to accommodate your last-minute work plans and busy schedules.

However, we’ve recently noticed an increase in no-shows and same-day cancellations, and it’s beginning to feel like our kindness is being taken advantage of. This not only affects our schedule but also impacts us personally — when appointments are missed, we often don’t have enough time to fill that slot. As much as we love our job, imagine turning up each day only to find out you won’t be getting paid.

Because of this, we’ve had to introduce a Cancellation Policy to help us manage our time fairly and continue providing the best service possible:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require 50% of the appointment cost to be paid before rebooking.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will require 100% of the appointment cost to be paid before we can rebook you.

Going forward, you will be sent a form through our booking system Fresha. It will only need to be signed once to confirm you agree with our terms and conditions.

From 1st February 2026, there will be a small increase to our grooming prices:

• Bath & Dry – +£2
• Full Groom – +£3–£5

This adjustment reflects the rising costs of products, equipment, and utilities, and helps us continue providing the very best care, products, and service for your pups
