Why is it so hard to change my business information?

Why can’t I talk to a person IRL? Even live chat would help

Why have you decided to show my business as being permanently closed when it isn’t, we have simply transitioned to online

Everyone uses Google which is great but when information is inaccurate & as a business owner I can’t change it without raising multiple appeals it becomes incredibly frustrating

Come on Google UK sort it out 🙏🏻

Our Google profile still shows the shop address despite numerous attempts to delete it, turn it off or get Google UK to do anything about it

This is confusing for people who aren’t on social media, don’t know we’ve gone online or are new customers.

If anyone has any advice as to how we can resolve this I’d be grateful

I’d prefer to spend my time on things that make a difference to our customers as opposed to this!

TOP 3 ACTIVITIES TO KEEP DOGS & KIDS BUSY

It’s the summer holidays & the constant juggle of work, kids & dogs. I get it, but your kids can be really useful in keeping your dogs busy.

Here’s my top 3 enrichment activities that are free or low cost:

1. Treasure hunt, treat trail or find it - the principle is the same ask your kids to hide your dogs food or treats around the house & garden & let your dog find them

2. Get your kids to add toilet roll tubes, paper & other bits of recycling into a smallish box. Add treats / food & loosely close the box, then let your dog have at it

3. Encourage your kids to teach your dog a new trick. Spin, roll over, middle, high 5 can keep your dog & kids busy for quite a while

THE ROUNDHAY FESTIVAL

July 3rd - 5th all deliveries to LS8 & immediate surrounding areas will be suspended due to the festival

Our ability to deliver to other LS areas may be impacted if we aren’t able to get out of our road but we won’t know until the day of 🤦🏻‍♀️

To ensure you don’t run out of treats etc please place any orders by midnight Wednesday for delivery Thursday

Any orders for local delivery received over that weekend will be dispatched after the festival

If you’re not sure if your regular food order will be impacted, please message us

I’m so sorry to share that our first Oakwood market has been cancelled by the council because of the Roundhay Festival
