Here at Southmead Poultry we have a variety of POL hybrid chickens available, they are at present 17 weeks old. The breeds available are as follows:-

POL Barred Rock
POL Maran Cuirvree

They are all fully vaccinated and wormed.

I have managed to get some extra ISA Brown hens from my ginger hybrid rearer. They are 20 weeks old. These are hens from the June batch release.

Collection morning of 10th, 11th and 13th July 2026. Additional dates might be available, but ideally I want them to go to their forever homes as quickly as possible.

Picture is an example of the breed, that is mature, they are not 20 week olds.

The young deer who visited us today.

Just had to share this short video of a very young deer we had visit us today in the garden, early this morning. Such a sweet little thing.

We are very fortunate to have the deer visit. We usually see the young ones and the mum every year. Long may that continue.
